I usualy don't pay that much attention to volume, and I beleive rallies on low volume can be as damaging as rallies on big volume.... but.
This volume is way too low. There is absolutely no institutional participation today despite the big move in the indexes.

Only about 60% of average volumes for the three main ETF: QQQQ, IWM, SPY. What's goign on? Where are the big boys hiding?

I am sure it's just a case of there are so many compelling values out there that they just can't make up their minds as to where to put their US pesos...

Kind of weird how the equal-weight is rallying on volume.I usualy don't pay that much attention to volume, and I beleive rallies on low volume can be as damaging as rallies on big volume.... but.
