"The secret to living to 100 is to break a sweat everyday (and a daily glass of red wine!)."

I'm pretty good in glasses, but I'm quite poor in sweats. :D

The problem is... to do something I always need an appointment. I will never do something without obligations to do that. Yup, I'm lazy. But if I have an appointment, I'll be there right in time no matter what, because I'm a very responsible person. That is why I play tennis twice a week.... Only because my coach is waiting on the courts.

Kirk, do you have any psychological suggestions how to break my bad habits ?

YOUMAST,
In your case, the best thign to do is hire a personal trainer. You'lll benefit not only from their direction and motivation but also because they will charge you for the session whether or not you make it, and last minutes cancellations will still cost you.....anything more psychologically motivating than that? Where do you resdie? If you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I'll train you myself.
Kirk

As for the markets, I have an important HIGH approaching within the next 1-2 TD's and a LOW arriving in the third week of September, always arrives around my birthday, Spetember 20th. Should hit between 18th and 23rd.
