http://stockcharts.c...allery.html?EWG since most broad US Markets are at or below the 2002-2003 lows and the UK and Japanese Markets are as well, the liklihood that the German market is headed for its' 2002-2003 low......the vertical count from the January highs sell off is $7.00 ( 8 zero boxes times 1 1/2=12...off the high of 19 , measures to $7.00). Hard to believe any sustainable rally worldwide occurs until the 'holdout' German market joins the rest of the world at or below the 2002-2003 lows.
