Teaparty, I agree with both of your comments on S&P and NASDAQ.

Market is getting weaker, but so far bears have not proved anything. I will remain flat.

At which point can one safely rule out new highs?


You'll never find a point....we WILL take out 1575 spx eventually..

Simple, a close under supports above mentioned then you can play the highs.
Ndx is the beast here with aapl the most manipulated large cap in the world, never be too sure of TA on ndx...

Of course we will, but I am more interested in the next few weeks/months then lets say....3-4 years. Figured you are too.

..ahhhhh....then you had better be more explicit :rolleyes: ...I'm just yanking your chain...to your point...my number in the short term to indicate this top is "IN"....would be oex 420..but if you think there is a "no return magic number"...forget it..
