appears to have topped. i expect about a 5 month correction in this index for this leg to match the 5 months down from july 07 to jan 08. that will complete a 10 year bear market after which very very good news a new bull in the semis that has really positive implications for this country and for the world as far as levels look for the smh to challenge 15 level or posssibly even exceed it. the broad market i do not expect to take out the lows of march fwiw gann
