ECU Silver broke over it's 50dma on 4x vol., dipped under yesterday
and popped back over now.
This is the best small cap PM set-up I've seen in this rally.

Agree, the small caps appear to be ready to go after lagging in many respects. That has kept me long, instead of dumping in the last couple of days. EJ
