[Bangtime]

Two time periods to compare . . one mentioned everywhere 2008 (January area to be more exact). The other, at least in my limited travels, not mentioned. 1998 (September area) Using them 1200-1230 bounce, then lower low-not by much-then a bigger bounce, and then decision time. Thoughts?
