IMO stocks with these types of established downtrends have little chance of bouncing much no matter what. The percentage declines should equal or excede those of stocks coming off highs. I always try and remember that these are not rubber balls and there is no ground underneath them. UPL (new position) PBCT GHL CPLA ITRI (added to these)
