While US markets have held their early Aug lows,other markets are continuing to make lower lows. Does this suggest the US has to catch DOWN. It doesn't although I thought it might suggest another stronger market this time around. At the Oct 1987 crash lows, the US held and NEVER went lower whilst other markets continued down into Nov. We are seeing that now with DAX etc. We are in a weak period and I wouldn't want be be very bullish, but there are some great comparisons.
