With today's headline:
Fall allergy season expected to be longest, worst...

It reminded me of a conversation I had this week about allergies and the Hay Fever season coming.
My friend swears by nasal irrigation with salt water as recommended by her allergist.
At first, it sounds as bad as waterboarding.
Looks worse.
But if you have ever suffered with fall allergies you will be saying, "bring it on".
