I don't trade off this chart, but it is one that has given me some perspective over the months, since I first put it up over a year ago. I made some poor decisions in early 2011, being too early in trying to play the divergence to the downside. One thing I might consider if I were looking bearish would be that it might take some time to break down through that support area. And if I were looking bullish I'd want to see continued upside squeezes and frustration by shorts. There will be considerable back and fill opps either way as we chop, and make no mistake, if we are in a bullish situation, we will do some chopping and climbing wall of worry.
