Sy Harding and Traders Almanac have documented how super you would have done usin g the buy in October and sell in May has worked over the years. You can check their numbers on the web. Also it is a known fact mutual funds buy strong stocks near the end of month. A couple days ago I said buy, probably the best call on this board so far. Check my post. We will see if there is a follow through the last days of this month. I have my own criteria but this is the general idea. Many will say Europe situation is reason for now----I do not disagree both are working together. Also I did not mention 3rd year of presidential cycle always up down only once in past----1938---- very low interest rates----make this different maybe. I use other TA with my seasonal's.
