Looking at the Line chart you could say we never reached overbought and we could be turning around right now toward the 5.0-5.5 area to complete the job.

Looking at the Candlestick chart you could say we hit overbought at 5.0 and and we're working on a new leg toward 3.75.

thanks for the charts No_Mind.

Some observation of the long term chart from the ShareLynx Gold website...
http://www.sharelynx.../historical.php

it rarely moved above 5.0 (LT Bottom), hence the LT bottom a few years ago.

and the LT TOP is actually more closer to 3.0 (which is also rare.) SBC

I remember someone posting earlier that if you chart ratios you should always go with line...not candles (it doesn't caluclate them correctely or something)
Health Canada has just released a study which shows that 100% of the population who have been exposed to whole milk products will die.

Tom D, Thank you. Come to think of it, I can only remember seeing them displayed in line form. I'll continue checking into it, see what more I can find out. I just thought that one reflected the intraday prices and the other didn't, so I've been looking at both to cover all bases.
