11/30/11 Closing Comments: ESZ11: I connected the last 2 intervention/manipulation patterns Intervention (11/3 –up) manipulation (11/16 –down) and the results were quite interesting The floating LW (support) intersected at 1219.50 this morning at 8:00EST, which happened to have been the 42,031 contracts traded in 45 seconds; the floating OAV (pivot) of the two patterns is at 1237.50; and the patterns OAV (key level is at 1250.25/75) the key timer (time cycle turn) occurs between 3:30 and 8:45(a.m.) on 12/1: In addition the floating backstop (last stand in the sand) upside is currently at 1275.75; downside is at 1187.50 So what does all this mean? 1237.50 indicates if we’re currently bullish or bearish (momentum factor strong or weak) a clear break below the floating LW (support) means today’s (early morning move up) intervention play has failed; and a clear break above 1250.00 means that the intervention play has succeeded. (Confirmations are the backstops) The key timer (time cycle turn) between 3:30 and 8:45 (a.m) tomorrow should be the time frame that determines if the intervention play has failed or succeeded. In other words it appears to be all about 1250/1251 or 1218ish Later tonight or early tomorrow I’ll have the final numbers on the top pattern in place (top formation) including the switches (on/off) and confirmations. Its quite complicated in light of the time factor (since 10/28 until now and the price movement since 10/28 Now term: Final confirmation (below 1231.75) never printed; therefore 1246.00 comes into play Only in the event the final confirmation print does this bias change I’m a bit skeptical we reach 1246.00 before the close because 1244.75 is a key major resistance level The AH is a different story
