Given the February's seasonality, perhaps we see the lower bands in the chart, which happens to be the top of the previous range.
I'd say this rally is cooked for now, I'd say it is a rotation more or less yet though...

I guess this is an important top of some sort forming, any rally is a sell from here until early March...
