5 of 3 is complete at today's high I think. 4 down should get going now. Already has in S&P and INDU. The question is, will it be a 23.6% or 38.2% retrace. We should see a 3-4 week decline, then start Wave 5 up! Could be a 25% rally off the Wave 4 low. August smells like a time to see a major top.
