while housing will not deduct from GDP any more, the market will bottom along here for some time.. more multi-family /apts than single homes...great for energy consumption as urban clusters grow...and US mimic housing in most countries.. Dare i say that i glimpse potential H&S in SPY etc...could it be? could it be? ITB,XHB massive sell off ahead...KBH stunk
