I was watching PCLN weekly options yesterday. Earlier in the week, some of the weekly call options (650$ strike calls) have gained 400% from Tuesday morning to Thursday morning. But, before close, I was watching the 640$ weekly options. Often, towards the close of the day on friday we do see a surge/ mini crash on the big cap names like GOOG, AAPL, PCLN, ISRG. I have no doubt that it is option related game - both calls and puts are gamed.
Anyway the 640$ call options soared from 0.40$ to close at 4.3$ in just 20 mins before the close yesterday. The same options traded at less than 2$ even on Tuesday morning, so in 4 days it is a double. The chart is 1 min chart of PCLN 640$ call options yesterday, highlighting the last 2 hours.
