SCH = 25 day ROC (rate of change) of SPX (or any index) smoothed by 5, 8, or 13ema. For very long term 55, 89, 144ema
There are many ways to use it, 8 & 13 crossover, crossover of 50-day ma & or 200-day ma, etc.
25-day ROC is half of the 50-day & 1/4 of the 200-day (please do not ask what SCH means)

All four Index's display the same pattern. So what's your read over the next several months?
We are in a positive, bullish, up trend. The StoRsi is weak, I view it as neutral. The MACD is positive with Higher highs and higher lows.
Current indication is for a very "choppy" up trend. CAUTION is warranted.
I am long with 5% stops.
btw: I do very little based on cycles, but those who do are suggesting a ST top in August.
I also use some other charts for ST tests of the LT trends.
