Ok, the Fed is willing to spend 40 bil a month. ... approximate population of the US is 300 mil, So Fed is going to spend $130 a month per person on average buying garbage paper from bloated banks. Why not just give money to people every month ? Sure its not much, but for a poor family with a bunch of kids that would make a difference. What a $#@%^&$&ed up world.
