Anybody rememebr the overnight almost every time it proved successful to buy the overnight as they took advantage of lower volumes and less selling and then gap it higher?
FED seems to like buying

They must think it will provide comfort to whomever is left on the sidelines to get into the market. You wouldn't normally see this kind of statement from a broker.
