Uptrend broken on daily...MACD negative

Below 50 DMA which is declining.

Top formation suggest a target of .32 (The Jan Gap...which equates to the Jan SPX Gap at 1440)

On Weekly chart 10 month uptrend broken.

Weekly MACD 18 month uptrend broken and has turned negative.
