RUT cash 930.....likely get the signal in now lagging rutty first....
If bears fail to punch through that level very soon, then bully may continue to have his way....
Also watch A/D line today. If it does not improve from the current levels, then we may have a "fake" turn up situation on summation the last couple of days as SPX blew off...
Fake turns up that get reversed hard can be VERY negative for market.....
