Doctor Copper is testing from below the recently broken neckline in a large multiyear head and shoulders pattern (see copper weekly chart in Futures section at www.finviz.com). It is not clear at all if copper will pass or fail the test. Apparently a new housing boom has started in some hot markets in the US. Copper should smell the turn in housing if it's real. The next few weeks will tell the tale. Neckline holds - housing a dud. Neckline broken - it's the real deal. Place your bets.
