He made an extremely flimsy case for action, very reminiscent of the defense of NSA surveillance. To be concise, Kerry claims the many Youtube videos of victims as evidence of chemical weapons being deployed by the Syrian government and makes the logical argument that not all of them could've been fabricated by the opposition (rebels, Saudi intelligence, CIA, etc.) so some must be factual. Now we find that many of the cities documented on the videos weren't even among those locations bombed on August 21.

Anyway, just be patient and wait till I get back from my three day long weekend. I promise you there will be some sort of actions (very limited though)

That's to say just go ahead and buy the dip on the fear I created with this possible Syria attack. I also promise a big relief rally
