VST turned from Neutral to Bearish;
ST remains Bearish.
Yesterday just a flash down warning shot and real selling should start soon..........

dont know what happened if anything or maybe they are thinking the bully show in DC will end today - but ISEE index only made a huge jump from 44 to 116 (last column) right after 10am - ST these are not usually contrarian.
