Had lunch yesterday with some buddies to BS about markets and macroeconomics, one of whom also trades. He kept referring to stop runs as "purse snatches" I love it
Today was a classic purse snatch on the Mcjobs number. After 2 days of consolidation on the short term turn chart, daboys ran stops back to the midpoint of the consolidation then ran it higher.
The buyable pullback today was at the 5 min 200 ma....textbook. Missed the Monday selloff but managed to load longs for three separate trades in the low 80s starting Wednesday.
