no wonder as we know most stocks appear to do "quantum" jump...in humanly perceptible time frame (few hundred millisecs)...
however for a computer w/ low latency connection the time frame is in micro...so for it, it is taking for 'ever" and the gap is considerable for it to make money out of this in the face "insider" trading....
