the RUT double top formation.. looks just like 2011 ...all over again.

and not surprising to some.... a lot like 2007 !

knowing how the FEDS added QE in 2012 to avoid a double top then and a triple top for the SPX shown in yesterdays chart of the ..XVG chart
also shown below....i doubt that we see the same QE added after this next decline.
