i want to see how it rallies. that along with tna. to me i think we rally to 116.5 in that area. lets see. if it gets there and stalls and then heads back down with a vengence the next leg down is in effect . and the dow and the sp will join that one if it occurs. right now watching the daily rsi on the iwm , interesting just have to watch this rally fwiw
