Milan looks like close to flash a buy signal.......an LT one. It might still loose something, but the LT picture is bullish with target in my opinion in the 25,000 zone to reach by the time window included between april and september of next year. The question is : can the leaders (read spx and nasdaq) mark THEIR TOP before, if the picture of the followers is so clear to me ? The answer is YES, but in this case I would have understood nothing after 15 years watching stock markets and it would be better to me to go fishing instead of wasting time in front of a pc looking at charts and indicators (although this is not my primary activity).
