Market conditions have improved since the low of SPX1820 but are barely any better than when market was above 2000 before the correction. Historically market becomes more sensitive to "NEWS" during the times of weak internals (which is the case now). Investors and swing traders are advised to have an action plan in case market turns south.
The next market moving news may be ECB statement on November 20, 2014.
