Major indexes have moved up to new all time highs and others may be in the process. Yet during this the NYA has stalled out at major resistance 4 times now. It will be interesting to see if it can break through next week or do we pull back again???? Could this be the topping process that many have been predicting with a major pullback after a very nice long bull market? Time will tell...
