Don't know if Europe's new policy will change anything.  Oil prices depend on cash (liquidity) payments.  Low cash = low prices.  Same with many other commodities except gold and silver.  Credit can dry up overnight if liquidity continues to drop.  Nothing seems to make sense any more - grasping at straws seems to be the operational mode of the day.

that seems to be the measure all CBs are fighting against - and trying to add- question is will it work and will the contraction be a trend of just a dip - stay tuned:)
