Well, my call for a turn on Monday, at least as far as the DJIA is concerned, was a dud. I should have added a "POTUS tweet" corrolary to my risk window post above. The latest fold in the trade war yesterday evening overshadowed any other risks. In the spirit of hope over better judgement, the next risk window is tomorrow, Wednesday the 6th. I didn't mention it in the first post because it's a weaker signal, but hey Monday was a strong one and you see how well that worked out. Maybe it's not the strength of the signal, just if the signal occurs on a day free from tweets or FED head open mouth committee activity.
