everyone and his brother is looking for a great depression type crash 

 

read any blog page, twitter account or talking head and ask them whats about to happen - everyone is saying the same thing :

 

"well we had a strong bear market rally and now I expect it to bottom at around SPX 1850 in a month or two  - that will be great buying opportunity when it comes  "

 

seems that anything everyone knows is not worth knowing .

 

what if the market just heads higher from here - up a wall of extreme worry with everyone hating the rally the whole way up ???

All I know is that there is a ton of shorting going on, like a whole bunch of newly minted Bears were getting set for the next leg down.

Looks like to me like a short covering rally that will continue to go up until their is not enough shorts to hold it...   Short term we are not overbought yet and we are no longer in a trend ( medium term ).   Commodities continue to put downward pressure on the market which is necessary for a sustainable rally....
