This is a snippet from a linear bigcharts chart.  The height of the scaling boxes varies by ~10% in an alternating fashion.  This difference is shown in magenta.  If the vertical scaling is not physically linear, then what about the candlesticks - are they true?  Even if somehow they are, diagonal trendlines would be affected at the least.  Scaling inaccuracies are in evidence with stockcharts and tradingview as well.  These are serious issues that need to be identified, understood and (hopefully) addressed.
