I found the symbols for 1 month, 2 month, and 3 month commercial paper that updates monthly at barcharts.  This symbol Commercial Paper [Financial] 1-Month (CPAFINM1.RT) has posted for April 23rd with last update March 26th.  It dropped from recent high of 0.02200 to 0.00080.  It seems like they show daily values after the monthly value has posted, so do not really understand that, but the point is, at least the 1 month is back towards zero which is what helps equities rally when compared to SPX.  I would think the 2 and 3 month will show similar drops when posted.  Mark has posted about commercial paper in the past.

"Financial Commercial Paper has not been reported since 3/26. The St. Louis Fed tells me that the Fed does not have adequate data to report. Interesting. Non-Financial CP rates rose to 1.0bp on Thursday, which is low and constructive. I have to think with Fed liquidity efforts in play that for now, Financials are strong. We will continue to observe this closely."
