up 39 bucks at 430 am

10yr yield is a near-perfect bouncing ball.  when this turns up, gold correction is likely to follow.

what i did this morning is sold some of my calls at a nice profit

 

then rolled the money into farther out strikes . now we just sit and watch

 

at some point it will  pull back of course who knows when

Did a little "trimming", keeping a solid core long but did bank some gains, as always DYODD

i wont be selling anything to gold is about 200 dollars higher fwiw 

 

my targets have changed they are higher now because of what is going on

5min USD appears to have put in a bottom, just my wag.

Good observation on the 10 yr yield

I just flattened out of my gold and silver futures position from low 1700s and sub 20s.  Im still bullish, but expecting a significant 1-3 day selloff to shake out some of our newer longs.  its probably 60/40 odds that we blowoff another high tomorrow, so I should probably have a small portion still long here.... but I'm a coward. 

 

Looking forward to a continued bull market over the coming months.

sure seems like sentimnet and timing argue for a pullback. but from where?

I have been selling into this. and that likely tells you that we are going higher
