will we correct the whole move off the late march lows?

we might, always hard to say, I am going to use a scale in approach (started this mornin) in various stocks/ETF's where I have chart support or possible Fibo and/pr gap targets

..take a look at weekly $GOLD in stockcharts with 20 week Bollinger Bands..after a rally phase like now..10 weeks when the first 'hard' down week occurs..like now..gold does nothing for 3 months..maybe side..maybe down..it touches the upper BB or very close then when decline is over it touches (almost) the lower BB..early 2018..3 month top then long decline..2019 twice..2020 twice..the first one very volatile(covid) then the second with a long decline..now we have a 10 week rally and we hit the upper BB and a hard down week this week..

 

so likely a 3 month side to down until August..note as gold declines the BB's keep rising as it is based on 20 weeks..so i'd guess the BB lower might get to 1750-1775..good place to look for a bottom..

maybe, but the "surprise" here could be the correction is already over, gold has a clear abc down (silver clearly corrective as well) overnight at that 1850 support area and is already back above 1890 - sure looks like it might be done given the extent of the rally, pretty much everything else looks corrective as well, does not guarantee a bottom buy ya gotta like todays action IMO

Man the whipsaw here!  Picked my SI back up at 27.855 ( lost 3 points in whipsaw  ).  Not married to the SI here, though.

 

In support of your view, VIA alternation we had a complex wave 2, so a sharp and simple ABC for a wave 4 seems possible.

 

Im open to other views, if anyone else has a better count.

ALT count might say last move to 1899 on /GC was a very deep b-Wave?  C wave target something like 1840?

holding long but that is cause i cant trade ST moves well.

 

will add if we get to high 1700s
