I think the break below 40K puts it in the bouncy downhill ride period, working lower and lower...getting one of those bounces now..
If it gets much above 40K, might have to reassess

Silver still holding support post fed...
If this starts to creep up from here back above 5 line (basically above $24).....could be pre-launch scenario...

big reversal in the broad market. they want you to believe higher rates are bearish for gold. never mind the 70s where rates rose higher and higher and so did gold
goldman came out bullish gold. this has me very worried

in gld and the gdx 18 months from the top is feb 5 feb 6 area. that is
an important time frame imo so its possible we get a turn around there
something to look for . russ has been calling for a bottom in feb but i believe
he has late feb above 175 on gld and i believe we are good to go
