Breaks outside the BB are almost always a buy signal. QQQ has the same setup.

OK...who bought the dip yesterday? SPX new target is 4500 per some talking head on CNBC this morning.

I didn't...   I use BB in such a way that it is not the start of the BB widening, and the trading jumps outside then it is a strong buy signal...   If you noticed the #NYMO the second push to the bottom is the one to really look at...   Below -60 you get a bounce, but cannot necessarily say it is a medium term bottom...
