It was him who decided to provide the Ukrainians with the javelin missile launcher in DECEMBER 2017........the first javelins were given to Ukraine in 2018 and we wouldn' t be here commenting this war if that had not happened. This is called to have a realistic vision of things and this is what is keeping Ukraine alive. Ukrainians can resist only because of javelins provided by the USA and the drones provided by Turkey. More lethal weapons to Ukraine please.......they are defending the whole West
