24 is pretty clearly the Line In The Sand on Silver....
IF/WHEN it finally breaks above it, then bears could start to panic.

Looks like we may finally see those 22 handles on Silver...
The we watch what happens at hourly line
IF....it holds, and Silver then takes out 24, then bulls could have something...
But, failure at the hourly could lead to bigger things downside...
