The market got a big bounce today on the hope that Congress may somehow cut a deal to avert a gov shutdown.  However, up until now it's still a toss in the air.  If no deal done before midnight and the gov has to shutdown, then the market is likely to reliquish the gains made today and likely to go lower to test SPX 3780 - 3800 next week ................................

Well there was a typo, it should be "to test SPX 5780 - 5800"
