Captain Combover is headed to tour the La, Fires and Ashville Nc,. This year diisaster disbursements were also made to Florida, as well as the Ukraine, Israel etc. Is this aid counted in the 6% budget deficit? Nope, the Government says it is temporary, and doesn't need to be added. If you did your personal accounting the way the government does there's, you'd be in jail! The budget deficit is probably double what they are telling you it is. (JMHO)
