note the declining tops trendline...my guess is that a sustained move above will eventually take place.
Analyst initiated a buy today, following yesterday's swing low retest.
$23 area has been working so far as a bottom-picking entry with a manageable stop. Upside trendline break may be another entry signal. Company accounting issues remain unresolved.
