I am hoping a Neely expert can help me. When changing the price and time scale of your chart, do you apply the Rule of Proportion to the whole chart, making sure each fractal piece of directional and nondirectional price action fits into the square correctly, then analyze for the rule of neutrality OR do you use the rule of proportion on each piece of price action seperately, analyze each piece for rule of neutrality
