I agree with the near term drop coming. As I said yesterday we are kissing down from the Oct. Nov. lows TL now. Gdx 38 should break. Some JRs are getting whacked. ca:jin off 8% in a minute this morn. AGT off 12% yesterday ca:CGP down 6% today and falling. Tuesday may be an airpocket. Bullion into the 580's is likely according to Clivemaund.com

If we break the $37-$37.5 area then a test of the lower trading range is possible at $32, otherwise I wouldnt go long in st until we break through some resistance :sweatingbullets:

bearish sentiment seems to abound, though not confirmed by put/call rydex confirms, as does newsletters bearishness; but being cautious likely wise

Is this another case of most looking for that "one more leg down" and prices instead are poised to move grande norte from here? No one knows of course, but Senor thinks there is nada left to the downside, but it really does not matter to him since he is holding long from lower levels.

NO BS

a new high for this move will give us 5 waves up off the 12/22 low. should that occur then we resume up. this is my preferred outlook. although i am aware of the other possibility. dharma

yes, so far we have had 3 waves up off the 12/22 low. if that should happen then i think we are in 3of 3. remember w/commodities wave 5 are the big parabolic moves. although i think this wave should be quite impressive! dharma hi dougie

hi dougie

There is overlap off 12/22 low, if we go norte of 40.35 then 3 of 3 from 38.30 is unfolding in Senor's view.
