yes, so far we have had 3 waves up off the 12/22 low. if that should happen then i think we are in 3of 3. remember w/commodities wave 5 are the big parabolic moves. although i think this wave should be quite impressive! dharma
hi dougie

Senor,
Preferred and alt Ewave counts aside, if the S&P decides it time to take a dump, do you think the gold stocks will follow along with a sell-off in the broad indexes?

Best wishes to all for a healthy and profitable 2007!

TIM ORD is flat XAU and looking for GDX to tap 32!!! and XAU 115!!!
Based on volume studies shown in the link above.

Chili: hate to be obtuse but i take it you mean you will be flat or short if it breaks down from that channel? What are ABC on your chart?

dougie, I am looking mostly at the daily right now. The little rise we have seen the last several days does not look very strong right now. It may continue up but I can see another leg down also. I would only short if the general market decides to go south. If that happens, my funds will be shorting the QQQQ and not gold shares.

Dougie, I dont buy until we break some resistance. as you say to buy here requires cahones, see my "Buy Here" label on chart at beginning of post. We could be headed to $32 unless we reverse soon, its a crapshoot right here imho

Cheers
